If a person who has no nose (lets say from an accident or they were born like that), can a cosmetic surgeon create some kind of special synthetic nose?

Does anyone know of any cosmetic surgeons who can do this?

    take a look at michael jackson
    his nose probably falls off all the time
    he probably wears that covering over it outside so the sun doesnt melt it or something

    I saw a program on TV where they made a nose/repaired lips, made fore heads. many things. Yes i’d say they can. Check with your doctor and ask for referals to the kind of doctor you need to see. God has gifted many doctors to preform miracles.

    Yep! They use carlidge from other areas (usuall rib or sometimes the ear) and skin grafts.
    I’ve actually had this done as I was born with a cleft lip & palate and a flat nose that had no profile side on so they created a tip using my rib cartlidge. It hurt a bit but was soooo worth it the results were excellent!! However I don’t know how they would do the inside stuff (sinus etc) on someone with no nose to begin with.
