dermatologist. Cost would depend on heath coverage. And health coverage could cover it under dermatologist, but would not cover a Cosmetic surgeon other then for accidents.

well i had a small one on my leg and i asked my dermatologist to take it off and she did. it was absolutly free. she just pinched it with a needle then scraped it off. the scraping did not hurt at alll! the needle was a little painful but nothing worth crying about. my dermatologist did it for free.

dermatologist.. i only pay $15 for the co-pay each time i go get one removed and my insurance covers the rest but that is because mine tested positive for cancerous cells so they HAVE to be removed. if u want one removed because u dont like it but its not malignant or anything u may have to pay privately.. call a dermatologist and ask them

Go to your normal doctor and ask for a referal, he or she’ll send you on to the right place.
