I think it is awful, especially right before the holidays! Should the cosmetic surgeon face charges? He has a questionable past!

    I think its sad. I think he should face charges because of his past.

    Vanity killed her. She was already refused to do the surgery by her doctor but she ended up finding another doctor who would do the surgery even though she has heart problems.

    i wasn’t even aware that she had passed.
    if it is due to the actual cosmetic surgery procedure, then yes, the surgeon should most def be checked out to the fullest potential…
    however..
    when signing the release forms for getting a cosmetic procedure done, you initial that if anything does happen to go wrong, either during or a result of the surgery, that it is in no way the surgeons fault. Basically, you know the risks while signing up for cosmetic procedures, whether or not something will happen is unpredictable

    I think that was honorable because the Doctor did really know what he was doing and he was a suppose to be celebrate surgeon Doctor I think he should face murdered Charges

    it is very sad but who is at fault is gonna be the tough question. she was already refused from one doctor to do the surgery but she did anyway from the other doctor. but he made mistakes in the past with his patients as well. and no it was not vanity that killed her. the breast reduction i can understand (and yes i know she wanted liposuction as well) that it probably because her back was hurting and yes you can hurt yourself if your breast are too big for you. but again a tragic situation West is going through
