he just send a statement instead of ruining Larry King’s show? He flew in to town and was late. How is this ‘respect’?

Wasn’t it the day after the death too?

I don’t really get it. Was it supposed to be more of an impact or ‘more respect for the family’ if he actually went there and took the earpiece off and left instead of just saying ‘no’?

Does anyone find this action ‘powerful’ and if so, why?

    I saw the show and I thought the guy was very rude by his bazaar actions. Larry King said after the show that he had never experienced anything like it in his long 50 year old career.

    he did not go on, because 10 minutes before going on air he got a call from their attorney, that if he did go on they’d sue his pants off.
