I am a white male forty six years old. I need freshening up. I want to look younger than I feel, at least younger than I feel I look. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Botox
I work out. I eat fresh fruit for breakfast I eat vegetables for lunch. I have chicken or fish for dinner. I’m FORTY-SIX years old.

Why go for implants and botox when you can make yourself look and feel younger naturaly?

Get a good diet going and excercise routine. If you can afford botox then you can afford a good gym membership and regular consultation from a trainer.

Botox is great to get rid of that “tired” look. As far as best surgeons, check their record to see if there were any complaints.

Most common procedure(s) for males are botox, peels, liposuction and rhinoplasty. Generally botox costs more for men because the facial muscles are much stronger than for females so more botox is necessary. You can expect the cost to be between $300 and $1000 depending on what you are treating.

For the best doctors, you want to make sure they are board certified plastic surgeons first. The attached site (SignatureForum) is also great because it lists survey results from previous patients.
