I have no credit and am trying to get financing for cosmetic surgery is it impossible without a cosigner?

I have two lumps in my abdomen that make wearing low rise jeans impossible. Any advice?

I do have a pair of jean pants but do to my short waist, the distance between my breasts and hips, it feels like I have my pants hiked up to my chest. When I do wear low waisted jeans I have to pull them up to minimize the balls on my tummy, resulting in a camel toe. I have contacted two cosmetic surgeons and they both came to different diagnosis about the cause of why I have these balls, neither of which can be attributed to multiple injections resulting in scar tissue. It is not due to my one pregnancy because I had them before I ever got pregnant. If anyone has any ideas about brands or types of pants or jeans best fits a body delemia such as this, I will be most grateful. Thanks.
